How to install a rehabilitation hand cranked hospital bed?

1. Hand cranked bed wheels for health care, equipped with two brakes, diagonally installed in the screw holes on the legs of the bed frame; Assemble the remaining two casters into the screw holes of the other two legs.

2. Rear bed surface installation: Connect the rear bed surface and bed frame with the rear frame pin shaft, and then lock the pin shaft with an open pin.

3. Bedhead assembly: Insert the holes facing back at both ends of the headboard and tighten the fastening screws at both ends.

4. Installation of the gas spring on the back of the rehabilitation hand cranked hospital bed: Push the back of the bed up to a 90 degree angle, screw one end of the gas spring into the gas spring support seat at the bottom of the back bed surface with a screw, and then connect the lower support seat of the gas spring to the U-shaped structure of the bed body with a pin shaft. Finally, lock the pin shaft with an open pin.

5. Assembly of protective belt: Remove the protective belt of the rehabilitation hand cranked hospital bed, wrap the cushion around the bed surface in the head position, and pass through the two limit holes behind the bed surface in the head position.

6. Foot bed surface assembly: First, flip the foot bed surface of the rehabilitation hand cranked hospital bed over, connect the hole tube to the support seat on the hole tube with a pin, and lock it with an open pin. Then, roll the screws on both ends of the hole tube slide bracket, align the holes on both ends of the hole tube slide bracket with the screws on the bracket, and tighten the screws with a wrench. Take out the connection hole between the footbed surface and the thigh bed surface, thread it through the footrest pin, and then lock it with an open pin.

7. Assembly of foot guards: Tighten the two foot guards into the assembly holes on the foot bed surface and tighten them.

8. Installation of side air spring: The installation of side air spring is the same as that of rear air spring. Just quietly lift the side bed surface of the rehabilitation hand cranked hospital bed, connect the lower support seat of the side gas spring to the bed body by pressing the U-shaped pin shaft, and then lock the pin shaft with an open mouth pin. Then press and hold the surrounding orientation control button to place the bed surface in a horizontal orientation.
